Terms and Conditions

Lucid Labs is operated by Lucid Legacy Holdings LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Lucid Labs," "we," "us," "our"). Contact: support@lucidlabs.bio.

All products sold by Lucid Labs are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.

To purchase, you must:

• be at least 21 years of age;
• be a qualified researcher, or purchase on behalf of a research institution or business, with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely; and
• purchase only for lawful laboratory research.

By placing an order, you attest that each of these statements is true. We may ask for verification of eligibility and may refuse or cancel any order if we cannot verify it.

You agree not to:

• use any product in or on humans or animals, including by ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application;
• resell, relabel, or redistribute products for human or animal consumption or use;
• misrepresent products as drugs, supplements, or for any non-research purpose; or
• use products in violation of any law or regulation.

Any of these voids every warranty and the Testing Guarantee. We may cancel pending orders and refuse future sales to anyone we reasonably believe has violated this section.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes binding only when we confirm it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time, for any lawful reason, including suspected ineligibility, prohibited use, pricing or listing errors, or stock limits. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund the amount paid.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Prices in effect when your order is confirmed apply. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and we may change or end them at any time.

Payment is made at checkout by card, Google Pay or another payment method we accept. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been received in full. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

• Orders confirmed and paid by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same business day. Orders received after that time, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.
• Shipping is free on orders of $250 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Orders under $250 pay a flat $10 shipping fee.
• Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
• You are responsible for giving an accurate shipping address.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier. Claims for lost shipments must be made with the carrier, and we will reasonably help with any carrier claim. Items that arrive damaged are replaced as described in Section 9.

Apart from the Testing Guarantee, products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Certificates of analysis describe the tested lot and are provided for information only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucid Labs and its members, managers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the products, the Site, or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucid Labs and its members, managers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use, handling, storage, resale, or misuse of any product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

You are solely responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to buying, possessing, and using research materials where you are located. Some products may be restricted in some places. We make no representation that any product may legally be bought or used in your location.

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and product information, belongs to Lucid Labs or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lucas County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect when your order is confirmed apply to that order.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Research-Use Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and Lucid Labs about the Site and your purchases.
