Check it yourself
How to verify a Lucid COA
- Find your product above and open the certificate for your lot.
- Go to the lab yourself: type axiomanalyticslab.com into your browser, open axiomanalyticslab.com/verify, or scan the QR code on the certificate and confirm it opens an axiomanalyticslab.com address.
- Enter the access code printed under the QR code.
- Compare the lab's record with the PDF, line by line: COA number, product, lot number, dates, and every result.
- Match the lot number on the certificate to the label on your vial.
- If anything doesn't match, email support@lucidlabs.bio with your order number and we'll look into it.

What this check proves: the certificate is a real Axiom record and its results haven't been changed. Axiom reports on the sample it received; it doesn't confirm where that sample came from. Matching the lot number to your vial is what ties the results to what you hold.
